Processing Time
All orders are handmade with care. Please allow 3-5 Business Days for processing before your order ships. Custom orders may require additional time depending on the design.
Shipping

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email.

Returns & Exchanges
Due to the hygienic nature of press-on nails, all sales are final. I do not accept returns or exchanges.
However, if there is an issue with your order (such as receiving the wrong size or design), please contact me within [3 days] of delivery. I will do my best to make it right.
Custom Orders
Custom sets are always welcome! Be sure to provide accurate sizing and design details when ordering. Because custom orders are made just for you, they are non-refundable and cannot be altered once production has started.
Sizing
Please double-check your nail sizes before placing an order. If you're unsure, I recommend purchasing a sizing kit first to ensure the perfect fit.
Cancellations
Cancellations are accepted within [24 hours] of placing your order. After that, your order may already be in progress and cannot be cancelled .
